Waterside Holiday Park, Weymouth

The Waterside Holiday Park and Spa is located at the end of the no through road in Bowleaze Cove.  The holiday park is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and the Beachside Leisure Centre which has amusements, soft play, a licensed restaurant, fish and chip shop, gift shop and ice cream parlour.

It is also just 2 miles from Weymouth town centre and it is a lovely walk or cycle ride along the beach or footpath.  You will find a beautiful beach, the famous Weymouth clock and a mix of small gift shops and your usual high street shops.

There is so much to do in and around Weymouth itself; there is Sea Life Centre, Pirate Adventure Mini Golf, The Front Skatepark and Sea Life viewing tower. 

If you want to head slightly further afield to Lulworth Cove you will find the world famous stone arch Durdle Door.  Or there is always Portland Bill Lighthouse located on the Isle of Portland.

There are also some lovely countryside walks in the fields and along the cliff tops.

The caravans themselves are spacious, well equipped and all site owned caravans feature central heating, double glazing, large televisions and 2 toilets as standard.

The holiday park has a Spar shop, Laundrette, indoor swimming pool with slides, heated outdoor pool (seasonal), sauna, steam room, spa, gym, outdoor gym, children's play park, soft play, amusements, and 2 small bowling alleys.  There is entertainment in the club every night during peak season (see the website for the schedule).

The site is so tidy and well kept throughout with hard standings for your car right next to each caravan.  This really sets it apart from other caravan sites I have stayed at.

This is hands down THE best caravan park in Weymouth.  I have been to this site every year for the past 25 years and I throughly recommended it!
